From April 3rd to October 1st 1999, I was hiking the Appalachian trial. The
A.T. is a 2100 mile trail that goes from Georgia to Maine. It takes an average
of 6 months to complete and 90% of the people that start, do NOT complete
it. It was one of the hardest things I've ever done and it was also one of the
most fun. For half a year I was wandering the mountains, heading north with a
